Thinking of Dad on  his birthday anniversary..some of the last years that I went home in the spring Dad was always concerned about getting the garden planted. The last year we planted potaoes it was after Good Friday when they were supposed to be planted.  He later said it wasn't a good crop... we were both down on our hands and knees planting...always a FARMER...just Dad not me!!
