End of 2013
The end of another year is here....
Chris turned 40 on the 25 th of December and Alicia celebrated her 37th on the 31st.
We had everyone here on New Years eve...always fun for the grandkids.
We got a big snow on December 24th and that was the beginning of a LONG winter.

FIRST THANKSGIVING at our "new" house
We had thanksgiving dinner at out house for the Behm family...Chris' mom is recovering from a stroke...
We had all the usual...turkey, mashed potatoes, riced potatoes, snicker salad, cranberries, green bean casserole, home made dinner rolls (made by Nana), corn casserole and pumpkin pie.
Denise, Chris' sister helped with some of it...we all had a part in some way.

| Grandpa Peter Faber, Aunt Freda Faber, Grandma Rena Faber taken when they took Freda to Florida to go to the islands. ?1960's |

 |
This is a picture of my grandma Faber and the rest of her siblings..her maiden name was De Jager. I've been going through the old pictures that were taken out of the picture books by Square One and ozoned. I don't really remember Grandpa with hair so it looks funny to see it blowing in the wind! LIke to see old pictures and notice the backgrounds..the décor of that time. |
