We burn wood in an outside wood burner....we have a little bit of wood in our woods...but not much...so we get a semi load of logs to cut for the winter.. Chris with the help of his friend, brother, Shawn and a little help from Mason and me worked on this to get it done before we go on our trip. He FINISHED the last of it today and that really made him feel good!!! And the rest of us will be warm all winter!!
Granny (me) made a ham supper tonight...to help celebrate the wood being in a big log pile to all cut up and stacked in the wood shed.
This is only a small part of the pile we started with.We hauled some of it to the woodshed with the four wheeler and trailer and some with the loader bucket on the tractor. I even drove the four wheeler some..a first for me.
All stacked in the woodshed!!!!!

thats a good feeling.. and ALOT of work!! (we have a woodstove too, so I know all the hard work that goes into keeping the house warm)
