This is a school out on the back roads that we go by quite often...I really like that old merry-go-round...it reminds me of when we used to go to the one room and two room schools that June taught. And of course the willow tree is just beautiful.

Do you know that my grandparents had an identical one that was at their farm house? My mom & her siblings grew up playing on it, then us grand kids did. It was green/yellow back in the day. When they had their farm auction, grandma wanted all 10 grandkids to sit/stand/climb to the top of it for a pic. With all 10 of us (almost all full grown adults!!) perched somewhere on there we took a few pictures, when all a sudden it tipped over, cement holding block and all! grandpa thought since we loosened it right out the ground hed have his buddy come with machines from the quarry and move it down to the new house down the road! now it sits in their back yard, after grandpa redid it with new wood and all, painted blue & white to match the new house and is the favorite toy of their many great-grandchildren! :)
is this the school across from Aunt Selmas house in Colby? I've always wanted to go back and see if its still there....
