what was in my email from Wanda...

Doyle was in our field in Rapid City when we lived there.... he would go down to the family room and play meeting with the girls...sitting in little chairs. Alicia does not remember but I think Kara would.

Taelynn Jade has arrived...

On March 16,2013 Taelynn Jade Krisher was born to Levi and Kayla Krisher....She the first grandchild of Kayla's parents...Joe and Luann Van Thull and she was born on the birthday of my twin granddaughter Emily and Erin.

I was able to go up to the hospital and see Taelynn shortly after she was born....Auntie Al was there when she was born...taking pictures and encouraging them on during labor.

We had spent the night in Appleton....we were to go to Kara's for the birthday party for Emily and Erin...plans changed and they came to Appleton....we went to Stevie B's for lunch/supper and then we all went to the hospital to see Taelynn.

Sheetrocking...

The middle of last week the guys for sheet rocking the house came and they moved fast!! The upstairs was the first day and half and today the first floor is finished. Today they started working on the downstairs doing the insides of the closets and some of the soffits.

It is so exciting to see more being done...we want to do the painting of the walls ourselves so we can do different colors.

another update..

We were up to the house this morning...Chris and Alicia met the new fellow from Square 1...

There was lots going on ...electricians, plumber,and the carpenters were all there.... Yesterday Chris worked on breaking up their bathroom floor for the plumbers.

Just when we left they took the boards down in the doorway to the kitchen.

The rest of the windows will be put in Thursday.  Sheetrock is suppose start hanging on the Thursday too!!

solo and ensembles

Saturday was solo and ensembles for Berlin, Winnecone and Ripon schools...

Trevor participated in eight different pieces.....some were for choir and some for band...he got 5 firsts and 2 seconds and we did not stay for the result of the last duet. He was in the high school jazz band also...they needed another trombone player so he was asked to play.
I remember when Kara and Alicia were in this foro choir... and how much work goes into it....

The house at the end of week..March 1st

The house is insulated...all but the sound reducing insulation that will be put in the ceiling of the basement and the bedroom wall.

The plumber was there and got the tub/shower put in the upstairs bath and the shower in my bath. They also were working putting the plumbing in the kitchen.

The kitchen is closed in and the wall between it and the laundry room/mud room moved to the west a foot or 18 inches.
